Safety Statement

 The Barid™ Hookah Mat does not prevent fires. Never leave charcoal, embers or any direct heat source on the mat longer then necessary to retrieve. Burn time may vary depending on surface. Recommended retrieval time is 15-20 seconds. After which the Mat and surroundings should be checked for embers or other coal.

Some Safety Tips 

1.  Know where your fire extinguisher is and how to use it.

2.  Make sure there aren’t any flammable substances nearby before lighting your coals.

3. Don't hold the hose in a path for walking. 

4. Never leave your hookah or charcoal holder unattended.

5. When you’re done smoking extinguish any remaining charcoal with water.

6. Always use a Barid™ Hookah Mat and enjoy your hookah smoking experience!
